Have a personal or business banking question or need? Connect instantly with a member of our ChelseaLIVE video banking team. During this experience, members can participate in a face-to-face video chat, while also being able to securely share and sign documents during the live session, right from your phone, tablet or computer. It’s just one more digital offering to give members the flexibility and security to bank when, where and how it’s most convenient for you.

Video Banking ATMs

Our Video Banking ATMs (VBMs) are similar to regular ATMs but with the ability, at the tap of the screen, to be face-to-face with one of our local “ChelseaLIVE” video bankers. They will be able to assist you with most of your banking needs, as if you were inside the branch. 

Here’s how it works:

Tap the screen to engage one of our video bankers. Once connected, we can help you:

  • Make deposits that will show right away
  • Cash checks to the penny
  • Transfer funds
  • Make loan payments
  • And more!

Did you forget your debit card? Just like if you were inside a branch, we can still help you as long as you have a valid driver’s license or your account number.

Want to use the machine like an ATM? That’s fine too. Simply insert your card to begin a better ATM experience. You can choose multiple currency options and will no longer need an envelope to make a deposit.
