After more than two decades in retail banking, I am now a proud member of Chelsea Groton’s cash management team. In my current role, I work with current and prospective business customers to help them open new business accounts. I also introduce business customers to the many cash management tools and services available to help safely, securely, and efficiently manage accounts.

At Chelsea Groton Bank, we are a family. We are all involved in our communities and here to support one another. We have been here for over 170 years, and look forward to supporting you and your business for many more years to come!

A Little About Mandy Crispim

I have over 20 years of experience working in retail banking, and have been a part of the Chelsea Groton team since 2009.

I attended Ledyard High and Norwich Free Academy. I am a proud graduate of the Connecticut School of Finance and Management (CSFM), the Eastern CT Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program, and the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce Lead Program.

I am actively engaged with the community, serving on multiple nonprofit boards and committees. I serve on the Governance Committee and as Vice President of the Executive Board for Madonna Place. I am Secretary of the Executive Board for ECHO Cancer Foundation, Treasurer for FreshConnections Women’s Network, a member of the Cultural Diversity Committee, and an ambassador for the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce. I also volunteer with Notary Public, Norwich Rotary, and many other local initiatives and community events throughout the year.

I love Zumba and enjoy every minute spent with family.
