Chelsea Groton Bank Introduces Retail Branch Management Training Program

Chelsea Groton Bank is hiring retail branch management candidates for a 12-month hands-on training program. This new training program is designed to educate team members through instructor-led and self-paced learning opportunities, hands-on experience in a retail branch environment, and to develop the next leaders of the banking industry.

Participants will go through a 12-month paid program where they will work with customers, prospects, and team members from across the bank, shadow other departments and bank-wide committees, gain insight into how the Bank operates, and engage in leadership development courses. At the end of the program, participants can expect to have developed diverse skills, expanded their network, built industry knowledge, grown in their career, and be prepared to assume leadership roles across the Bank’s retail branch network.
