I take pride in the education and development of our team members. When it comes to implementing new technologies or practices, I work diligently with different teams and departments to ensure team members embrace these new tools with their best foot forward. I support engagement activities across the bank and encourage leadership development initiatives through one-on-one sessions and group facilitation.
A Little About Rebecca Magner
With over 18 years of experience in the industry, Rebecca Magner’s career at Chelsea Groton first began as the Assistant Manager at the Bank’s Pawcatuck branch. She then transitioned into the same role in the Groton Headquarters branch before being promoted to Branch Manager of the Pawcatuck Branch. Since then, Rebecca was promoted to dual manager of Pawcatuck and North Stonington branches before landing in her current position in the beginning of 2023.
When not at work, Rebecca enjoys engaging with my community and spending time with her niece and nephews. She was previously a board member of the Jonnycake Center of Westerly and have been a recipient of the George W. Strouse award. She is currently continuing her education with a concentration in human resources, coaching, and employee development.
