Patty Startz recently joined Chelsea Groton Bank as Vice President, Commercial Loan Officer for the Commercial Lending Department. In this role, Patty will develop new commercial loan relationships while maintaining a portfolio of loan customers in the Bank’s market areas.
“With over 25 years of experience in retail banking and commercial lending, Patty is an exemplary problem solver and highly adaptable,” shared Richard Balestracci, SVP, Commercial Lending Department Manager at Chelsea Groton Bank. “Throughout Patty’s career, she has focused on creating and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and forming connections with new clients.”
Patty’s passion for banking and building relationships first began at Fleet Bank, where she was Assistant Branch Manager and Licensed Banker/Portfolio Manager. She then held multiple management and business banking positions at Citizens Bank before her most recent role as Business Banking Relationship Manager at KeyBank.
Patty currently resides in New London with her family, where she plays an active role in her community. She serves as a committee member at Waterford Country School.
