A Little About Shannon Ladd

Shannon Ladd first joined the Bank in 1996 as a part-time teller in the Norwichtown Mall branch. She has continued to develop in roles of increasing responsibility throughout her career at Chelsea Groton, and in 2025, was promoted to Customer Solutions Manager of the Center Groton branch.

Shannon is an active participant at Bank-sponsored events in the community. When not at work, Shannon enjoys spending time with her family, especially her three grandkids, and going for motorcycle rides with her husband.
