Beware of text messages claiming that your debit card will be deactivated unless you call customer service. Phishing text messages are becoming an increasingly common method for fraudsters to gain access to confidential information. Chelsea Groton Bank will send text notifications for suspected fraud, but we will never call and request that you provide your full card number to us over the phone. For more info read our blog post “Banks Never Ask That”.
Chelsea Groton is well-positioned to continue to serve our community for generations to come. Read more from Anthony Joyce, President and CEO, on why you can feel good about banking with us.
I’m able to help your business obtain a commercial loan, real estate loan, lines of credit, Small Business Administration (SBA) loan, and more. Recently, I worked with Sift Bake Shop, 85th Day Restaurant Group, and many others, including business owners in construction and manufacturing, to help finance their businesses and support their dreams.
I’m an active member of the community, serving as the Treasurer of the Stonington Community Center, a member of the Stonington Economic Development Commission, and a Loan Committee Member for the Southeastern Connecticut Enterprise Region. My family and I live in Pawcatuck, and I enjoy coaching my kids in Pawcatuck Little League.
I feel honored to have been recently selected as a New Leader in Banking by the Connecticut Banker’s Association (CBA) and American Business Media. The 13 recipients of this award are considered to be outstanding employees who have made a notable impact in both their bank and the community, beyond their job description.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Connecticut in 2007 and a MBA for emerging leaders from the University of New Haven. I also completed the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut Leadership Program, and am a recent graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Pennsylvania.
