Beyond her professional role, Melissa is deeply engaged in her community. She serves on the Board of Directors for Connecticut Housing Partners and the Manchester Community College Foundation, contributing her financial expertise to support affordable housing, education, and community development initiatives.

Melissa is also a proud member of the Southington Chamber of Commerce and the Connecticut River Valley Chamber of Commerce, and an active volunteer for several non-profits throughout Central Connecticut, including United Way, Bread for Life, and Connecticut Foodshare.
