A Little About Marikate Murren
I joined Chelsea Groton Bank in 2025 as the Chief People Officer. Previously, I served as Vice President of Human Resources at the Rhode Island Airport Corporation, where I played a pivotal role in strategic development, direction and leadership for Human Resources. I also held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at MGM Springfield, contributing significantly to the property’s overall success.
I earned a bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Connecticut (UCONN) and a master’s degree in sports management from UCONN.
I currently reside in Westerly, RI where I can be found enjoying the outdoors and beach.
