As First Vice President and Financial Services Team Manager, I oversee operational, compliance, and leadership functions for the Chelsea Groton Financial Services team, while ensuring exceptional service and helping clients achieve their financial goals.
A Little About Me
Jen Eastbourne joined the Chelsea Groton team in 2013 and currently serves as First Vice President, Financial Services Team Manager. She holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses, as well as Connecticut Insurance licenses, designating her as both a registered representative and an investment advisor representative through Osaic Institutions.
Jen is a graduate of the 2016 Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut Leadership Program and a recipient of the Chelsea Spirit Award. In 2025, she was honored with the Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce’s 50 Under Fifty Award for leadership, innovation, and service.
She is actively involved in the community, volunteering as a Girl Scout troop leader and serving as a Madonna Place ambassador, a member of the Ledyard Beautification Committee, and a trustee of the Ledyard Education Advancement Foundation (LEAF).
Jen resides in Gales Ferry, CT with her husband and two children and enjoys being outside as much as possible—running, hiking, or spending time at the beach.
