Get to know Mystic Schooners Baseball and Schooners Beverage! The Mystic Schooners are one of the two oldest franchises in the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL) and came to the Mystic area in 2011. Schooners Beverage was established to support the baseball team while keeping in mind the importance of the connection between the team and the community.

The baseball team came back to CT in 2011 and Schooners Beverage was created in 2020.
What is the mission of your organization?
The baseball team’s mission is to deliver a healthy family atmosphere, solid role models for children to emulate, and affordable summer fun for the community. Schooners Beverage’s mission is to help fulfill the team’s belief in creating enjoyment and supporting the community through every specialty soda and craft beverage.
What do you love about your organization?
We have wonderful peers within our summer collegiate baseball league (NECBL) and we love the opportunity to provide high-level baseball to our community. The wonderful relationships between our community, sponsors, the baseball world, and our beverage company make everything we do worthwhile.
What do you love most about the community where you do business?
We have great support from our fans and sponsors! Providing a family-friendly night out for our community members means so much to us and the players.
Chelsea Groton Bank is a proud sponsor of the Mystic Schooners Baseball team and will be at their home game at Dodd Stadium on Friday, July 21st for a night of fun and fireworks! Team members, as well as Chelsea A. Corn, will be handing out rally towels and other CGB swag. Come out and root for the home team!
