Lisa Fields has experienced the changes in Chelsea Groton Bank in her 25 years of service and was able to add her touch to the most recent changes with the Groton Headquarters. Her love of the Bank shows in the new building! When Lisa is not helping to manage the Bank’s facilities, you can find her enjoying the outdoors.
- What is your current role and department?
I am the Manager of the Purchasing and Facilities Departments. - What do you love most about working at Chelsea Groton Bank?
I love the environment of Chelsea. The physical workspace in our new Headquarters is open and inviting and creates a collaborative experience for the whole team. Chelsea also provides endless opportunities to learn and grow, which I appreciate. - What are you most proud of in your work at Chelsea?
I’m most proud of our recent Branch reinventions and the Headquarters Renovation! Being a part of Headquarters renovation from start to finish has been such a rewarding experience. - Tell us a little bit about your life outside of work.
I enjoy spending time with family, bird watching in my backyard, and growing vegetables in my garden. I also love taking trips to Vermont. - What are some things you like to do to support the community?
Shopping locally is my favorite way to support the community!
