- Call Back Queue: If there is a wait when you call, you’ll be able to save your spot in line and get an auto call back from the first available agent.
- SMS Support: No time to call? You’ll be able to text us for quick answers to general questions.
- Live Video and Chat: Instead of using a separate app for video calls as we do today, enjoy seamless communication with call, chat, and video options all in one system.
- Screen Share: You’ll have the option to securely share your screen with us for guided assistance.
Rest assured, no matter how community members choose to connect, there will always be the option to speak directly with a Customer Care team member.
