Add Your CGB Debit Card to Your Mobile Wallet in 3 Easy Steps 

Forget your wallet? No problem. With your Chelsea Groton Bank debit card conveniently placed in your mobile wallet, you’ll always be ready to pay, no matter where the day takes you. 

What’s a Mobile Wallet? 

A mobile wallet is a secure, digital home for your debit card, stored on your smartphone, smartwatch, or other smart device. Cards saved to your mobile wallet use a secure token to protect your card number, and provide a unique code during each transaction you make. Popular mobile wallets include Apple Pay and Google Pay. 

How to Add Your Debit Card to Your Mobile Wallet: 

  1. Open the Chelsea Groton Bank mobile app or log in to Online Banking. From the left-hand menu, select Smart Card and then Add to Wallet
  1. Tap “Add to Wallet” when your device’s wallet options appear. 
  1. Choose your wallet type (Apple or Google), then follow the prompts to enter your credentials. 

That’s it—your debit card is now ready to use on your mobile or smart device! Next time you visit your favorite shop, instead of pulling a card out of your wallet, open up your Mobile Wallet app and hover the phone over the card reader. Or, if you’re shopping online, seamlessly make your payment with your CGB debit card saved in your Mobile Wallet.
