I support the Retail Lending application process from the initial application all the way to closing. I ensure all information is accurate, documents are relevant and conduct financial analysis.

I work with clients through the lending process to make it as seamless as can be and will answer clients’ questions for a stronger understanding.

A Little About Daniela Ness

Daniela Ness began her banking career in 2004 and joined the Chelsea Groton team in April of 2018. She was promoted from Customer Solutions Representative to Assistant Manager before transitioning to the Retail Lending Department in 2020 as Retail Lending Administrator. In 2021, Daniela was promoted to Retail Lending Sales Specialist.

She currently resides in Pawcatuck and co-owns a consignment shop located in Westerly, Rhode Island with her sister called Deja Vu Consignment Room.

Daniela was the recipient of the George W. Strouse Spirit award in 2023. She is a member of the Ocean Community Chamber of Commerce and graduated from the Eastern Chamber of Commerce Leadership Program in June 2024.
