Step Into Leadership: Join the Next Class of Retail Branch Management Training Program!

Team members Alexandra Michelson, Yahbriel Roman, and Hennessy Sebastian are Chelsea Groton’s first graduates of the Retail Branch Management Training Program (RBMT), launched in 2024.  

This hands-on program blends customer interaction, team collaboration, and self-study to help participants grow as bankers and leaders. It’s designed to build diverse skills, expand professional networks, deepen industry knowledge, and support career advancement. 

Upon completing the program, our graduates have stepped into the following new leadership roles: Hennessy Sebastian as Assistant Branch Manager in Groton, Alexandra Michelson as Assistant Branch Manager in Center Groton, and Yahbriel Roman as Assistant Branch Manager in Niantic.
