Our Chelsea Groton mobile banking app is now home to our Smart Card tool, providing users with a seamless experience – no additional app needed! Right from the Chelsea Groton app and online banking, users are now able to utilize all the Smart Card features you’ve grown to love, plus several new tools and capabilities!
If you’ve never tried Smart Card before, now is a great time to explore all it has to offer. Simply log in to online/mobile banking. Smart Card will be listed across the top navigation in online banking, or by clicking on the left-hand menu in the mobile app. Here are some exciting features to explore:
- Push to Wallet – Easily add your card information directly into Google Pay or Apple Pay wallet from within the CGB Mobile app.
- Transaction Enrichment – Simply click on a transaction to get the contact info, including phone number and website, of the merchant. Plus, if the card was used in person, the merchant’s address will also be shared.
- View Digital Card – After passing an initial security verification challenge, you can see your full card number, expiration date, and CVV for 100 seconds.
- Spending Insights – View a pie chart that outlines how much money you’ve spent in each of several merchant categories.
- Card on File – View the merchants who have your card on file, and historical transactions with those merchants. Plus, review all recurring payments you’ve set up.
- Set PIN – Once you pass a security verification challenge, you’ll be able to update your PIN directly in Smart Card.
