Time at Chelsea

As Ellie was searching for internships that aligned with her interests, Chelsea Groton stood out to her for its strong community involvement and welcoming culture.
“The people here are so supportive and kind. What really stands out to me is the client-first mentality. Chelsea Groton doesn’t just serve customers. We build confidence and knowledge through financial literacy classes.”
Ellie appreciates the fast-paced environment of retail banking and the opportunity to work directly with customers. She’s learning how to apply her academic knowledge in a real-world setting and is excited about the skills she is building along the way.
