Chelsea Groton is proud to introduce a Retail Branch Management Training Program, a 12-month curated program that includes hands-on training and experience with a defined professional development plan.  

“We understand everyone learns differently so this program includes both instructor-led and self-paced learning,” explained Rebecca Magner, VP, Learning & Development Manager at Chelsea Groton Bank. “The program includes a robust 12-month schedule aimed at helping trainees learn the ins and outs of retail branch banking and management. They’ll also have the opportunity to gain perspective across different functions of the Bank by shadowing other departments, and participating in bank-wide committees to gain insight on how the bank operates. After the successful completion of the program, participants will be ready for success in our retail branch network.”

1. Develop Diverse Skills: You’ll be exposed to day-to-day activities inside the branch, as well as be given the opportunity to meet and learn from various departments within the Bank, so you can develop a versatile skill set. You’ll gain hands-on experience across different functions of the organization, including retail banking, risk management, marketing, operations, and more.

Grow In Your Career: You’ll be invited to participate in additional professional development activities offered by Chelsea Groton Bank, including workshops, seminars, and training sessions that are regularly offered to all team members.
