A Little About Anne Wilkinson

Anne Wilkinson joined Chelsea Groton Bank as Senior Vice President, Human Resources Director, in 2011. Anne is responsible for all aspects of human resources including talent acquisition, staffing and succession planning, employee relations, compensation, performance management, benefits, payroll, and rewards and recognition. Prior to joining the Bank, Anne held various Human Resources roles at Richemont, Textron, Mariner Health, and Aetna.

Anne has an undergraduate degree from Skidmore College and a master’s degree in human resources management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She is certified as a Senior Certified Professional by the Society for Human Resource Management and is also a Certified Professional Coach.

Anne is a board member of the Chelsea Groton Foundation, New England Science and Sailing Foundation Human Resources Committee and the Connecticut Bankers Association Human Resources committee. She formerly served as a board member of the Eastern Connecticut Symphony Orchestra as well as the Society for Human Resource Management State Council.
