Coin Counting for a Cause

coin counting

If you need your coins counted, and are interested in making a difference in the community, stop in to our Groton, Mystic, New London, Pawcatuck, Norwichtown or Norwich-Westside branches, where the 3% fees normally charged for use of the coin counting machine will be donated to The United Way of Southeastern Connecticut’s Gemma Moran Food Center (Groton, Mystic, New London branch), The CT Humane Society (Norwichtown), Pawcatuck Neighborhood Center (Pawcatuck) and the Center for Hospice Care of Southeast Connecticut (Norwich-Westside).

Customers who currently do not pay a fee will have the option to donate the value of 3% of their coins to the receiving organizations. The branches will provide customers who choose to make a donation with a receipt as proof of the donation for tax records when coin counting is complete.

What better time than now to bring your coins for coin counting and make a difference?
