Chelsea Groton’s Retail Branch Management Training Program was designed to educate management trainees through instructor-led and self-paced learning opportunities, provide hands-on experiences in a retail branch environment, and develop future bank leaders.
During this 12-month paid program, trainees will work alongside knowledgeable team members to learn the ins and outs of retail branch banking and management. Trainees will interact with customers, prospects, and team members from across the bank, shadow other departments and bank-wide committees to gain insights into how the bank operates, and participate in leadership development courses. After successfully completing the program, trainees will be prepared to assume leadership roles across the retail branch network.
