As the Director of Strategy and Organizational Development, I am responsible for the Bank’s business intelligence and learning and development departments, as well as the strategic planning process.
Prior to joining Chelsea Groton as the Learning and Development Manager in 2019, I led training and employee development efforts at Electric Boat. In 2022, I was named First Vice President/Director of Business Intelligence.
I have a bachelor’s degree from Messiah University and a master’s degree in Organizational Development from Mansfield University. I am a Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and a Senior Certified Professional (SCP) through the Society for Human Resource Management. In 2019, I was honored to receive the Chelsea Award and in 2021, I was recognized as a “New Leader in Banking” by the Connecticut Bankers Association (CBA).
I serve on the CBA Management Development and Leadership Development Committees and am a Community Educator for Chelsea Groton Bank. I enjoy my time volunteering at the Flanders School in East Lyme and Lasagna Love of CT.
