Chelsea Groton’s Melinda Burridge, AVP, Regional Sales & Service Manager and Matt Morrell, VP, Retail Lending Sales Manager, recently graduated from the Chamber of Commerce of Eastern Connecticut Leadership Program. Ishmael Bryan, AVP, Collection Manager and co-president of the 2016 graduating class, gave remarks during the ceremony.
The Leadership Program was developed to expose promising leaders to issues that affect communities, businesses and the public, and to prepare these individuals to contribute their resources to making a difference in various economic, social and political forces that impact the community.
“We appreciate the quality training that the Leadership Program offers Chelsea Groton employees as well as other future leaders in business and the community,” said Denise Stapienski, AVP, Training Manager at Chelsea Groton Bank. “The individuals who graduated from this program are active members of the community and intend to continue to be in the future. We are proud to support them as they pursue these endeavors.”
